Presence and the Power of Now: The Skill We Forgot, and the Freedom We Seek

In a world racing toward the next notification, deadline, or milestone, presence has become one of the rarest human capacities. Yet, as Eckhart Tolle teaches in The Power of Now, it is also the gateway to the deepest levels of peace, clarity, and inner strength available to us.
